PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: The San Antonian

The San Antonian is located at 702 San Antonio Street in the heart of Downtown Austin on the historic Bremond Block, between 7th Street and 8th Street. This 8,000 SF brick structure has a charming European-like character with large arched windows, a relaxing secluded courtyard, and vast views of the Downtown skyline.

Compass Project Management Group, LLC represented the building owner, Lead Commercial Austin, through the creative office redevelopment and transformation of this historic Austin property. All 4 floors of The San Antonian were revitalized with modern interior finishes, private and open offices, conference rooms, kitchens, break rooms/bar, restrooms and ROOM phone booths. The exterior of the building underwent extensive improvements as well, including a new steel structure with balconies on each floor at the back and new wooden stairs/balcony at the front.
