Justice Evan Young passionately evangelizing the Sesquicentennial Anniversary of the Texas Constitution February 15th, 2026. Quite the stirring presentation. With more than 100,000 words, it is complex, in fact the second longest, but critically, the electorate has been empowered to amend the Constitution as it sees fit. Not his words but mine - with only a 16% turnout in the last relevant election, too many of my fellow Texans are abdicating their responsibility to participate in our governance.
