Strawberry Protein Cheesecake Jars πŸ“πŸ«™ Makes 3 jars | 24g protein per jar
Ingredients
1ΒΌ cup cottage cheese
ΒΎ cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop Equip Strawberry Protein Powder
3–4 tbsp maple syrup
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk to thin out
1Β½ cup granola, pulsed in a food processor
1 cup strawberries, chopped

Instructions
In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
In a jar, layer granola, strawberry filling, more granola, then top with fresh strawberries.
