Travis Club, a 1,500-acre luxury community about 15 miles west of downtown Austin, has officially broken ground on its first homes. The development features nearly two miles of lakefront, a private marina, and 30 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Lot prices range from $700K to $3.5M, and the project emphasizes sustainability with native landscaping and water-reclamation systems. The Beau Welling–designed golf course uses significantly less turf than traditional courses, and a restored historic cottage has been transformed into a lakeside gathering spot for future residents.

With more than 140 lots already sold and strong momentum underway, the first homes are projected to be ready by early 2027.
