We are excited about this week's Roll, Release and Slow Burn Mat Class this Friday May 29th at 12:15 at the Be Well Austin Yoga House. Our incredible expert teacher Kendall Kibby-Deck will be subbing for Sarah this week and focussing on Strength training basics for Bone Health.

Weekend 1 of Comprehensive Mat was fantastic! These amazing students learned the Kane School core principles, practiced assessments, reviewed anatomy and practiced honing their x-ray vision. They did an amazing job and I can’t wait for weekend 2.
