Black Box Creative is a versatile, collaborative, and diverse space bringing a selection of pole, dance, movement, and fitness classes, as well as a boutique of artisan apparel and crafts to Austin's creative community. We aim to amplify and employ local POC and LGBTQ+ instructors and creators by providing a safe space to teach, learn, create, and sell their wares. In doing so, we offer a one-of-a-kind experience to our community of students and artists.

We're very excited to promote Brass Ovaries pole studio. Pole Dancing is Austin's first and most renowned pole dance fitness and aerial arts studio. Our instructors have backgrounds in gymnastics, ballet, jazz, burlesque, cirque arts, contortion and more. They are the only studio in Texas whose entire staff of pole instructors is X-Pert Certified, and they pride themselves on being trained by the best pole and aerial acrobats dance in the world. They've been keeping Austin vertical since 2007, y'all.
Both of our producers teach at Brass Ovaries and multiple performers have trained at or taught at this trailblazing studio.

Friends and Lovers - It's hard to believe, but we're less than a week away from our erotic showcase at on Saturday, March 5th with two shows at 8p and 10p. And y'all have demonstrated a complete lack of willpower and snatched up all our VIP and GA tickets. For those willing to dive in to the throng, might we suggest grabbing some of our few-remaining Premier Packages (only 1 left for 8p and 2 remaining for 10p. Premier seating is the next best thing to VIP; each package is for 2 people. All tickets have full cocktail service. You'll still be in eye-f**king range from our performers and be guaranteed seating closer to the stage than GA.
We've got so many sweet treats in store. How about something a bit more savory? Meet (heh heh) our next performer, WhiteMeat the Clown!
Once drove a heard of cats thru a puppy mill- loved your mom and your sister (at the same time) killed his gods then took in a matinee- Spirited Away in Japanese with subtitles (he's so sophisticated) no, he didn't accidentally splash on his crotch, it's p**s (he doesn't shake) but he does love to entertain- he wants your number and address so he can say Thanks America!

Lady Lola LeStrange ( )is an award-winning performer and producer in Austin, Texas. She competed for “Best Debut” at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Tournament of Tease (2019) and headlined the Freezing Tassel Burlesque Festival (2020) in Alaska. This southern beauty is a member of The Midnight Menagerie, a POC performance collective. She has been a member of the world famous Jigglewatts Burlesque R***e and Fat Bottom Cabaret, Texas’ only award-winning plus size cabaret.
