This advanced, massage therapy based facial massage course is designed for Massage therapists to create visible structural change while delivering profound therapeutic results. Students learn how to safely and effectively address deep facial tension, asymmetry, and restriction using intraoral and myofascial techniques that produce powerful outcomes with less wear and tear on the massage practitioner’s body.

Course Breakdown:

• Day 1: Am-Power point presentation regarding facial muscle anatomy and functions, fascia and functions, Lymphatic drainage, safety,sanitation and contraindications. Marketing discussion. Take before photos discuss how to effectively communicate with clients.

Day 1: Afternoon-Demonstration of deep facial remodeling massage of facial muscles and Intraoral (Buccal area and Masseter) techniques targeting jaw tension, trigger points, fascial restrictions, facial asymmetry, and nervous system regulation. We target myofascial work of pectorals, platysma. Release suboccipitals, scalenes,sternocleidomastid and Trapezius. Identify and release trigger points, facial muscle manipulation with deep intentional massage, release fascial restrictions and deep intraoral muscular manipulation. Then students give and receive with instructor feedback and hands-on assistance.

• Day 2 AM: PowerPoint presentation on fascia, gua sha and facial cupping. Safety, sanitation and contraindications. Demonstration of gua sha and facial cupping. Myofascial Gua Sha and Facial Cupping to support structural release, lift, circulation, and lymphatic drainage. Learn to work with a gua sha tool to do myofascial gua sha and facial cups for lymphatic drainage and lift.

• Afternoon integration on Day 2 focuses on pulling all techniques together into a seamless, repeatable advanced facial massage protocol.

Learning Outcomes:

• Demonstrate safe and effective intraoral massage techniques. Incorporate hygiene, gloves, sanitation.

• Apply deep facial remodeling massage techniques to address chronic tension, asymmetry, and structural restriction.

• Integrate myofascial gua sha to improve tissue glide, release fascial adhesions, and support facial balance.

• Utilize facial cupping techniques to enhance lift, circulation, and lymphatic drainage.

• Design and perform a complete, integrated facial session combining all techniques for therapeutic and aesthetic results.
