Since before dawn, both STAR Flight 1 and 2 crews have been responding to requests for help throughout Texas Hill Country. The crews have completed multiple rescues, victim evacuations, and assisted other responders with aerial searches and repositioning resources.

Unfortunately, the water is still moving quickly downstream and numerous areas will experience rapid major flooding throughout the day. If you live in, or are traveling through, flood warned areas, listen to the warnings and stay away from the water.

Local, regional, state, and federal resources are actively working throughout the region. STAR Flight continues to support those teams both in the air and in the State Operations Center.
