Looking for a mid-term or long term rental, maybe someone new to town, wanting to build, or someone going through a divorce who doesn’t want to buy a house full of furniture or an executive who likes a nice office. I could use some help. An Airbnb client let their dog out who bit another dog and I have to quickly transition out of STR on this one. HOA not happy with me.

Spent some time seeing Marshall, Christina, Tasha and Madeleine. Had amazing 70-80 degree weather and hung out in Manhattan, saw some theater. Tasha and I drove to the Hamptons in her new BMW convertible and went to Main Beach. We got our fill of great seafood and New York foods.

The two bedroom has a really nice open floorplan, large master suite with 2 closets and a second bedroom.

I have a contract to assign for a condo at Lago Vista that is really 2 units, a 2/2 and a studio. It has acces to a private waterfront park.
