Pepper had a fun snow-day!

Gotta love Austin with all it’s iconic places! Fortunate to live and work here!Within a matter of 24 hours, I celebrated birthday besties with live country music, best chicken fried steak, and the Cotton Eyed Joe, followed by a morning showing of a new listing known as “The Brady Bunch House” which sits directly across the entrance to the beautiful historic Texas State Cemetery where Stephen F. Austin, Ann Richards, James Michener and other notable Texans are buried.
