Congratulations to my sellers, we're UNDER CONTRACT!!!
Its such a challenge selling in this market... buyers expecting perfection and sacrifice with increased inventory and competition. I know how hard it is to see buyers come and go after showings, offering no feedback, exposing the raw emotion that goes hand in hand with letting go of a very fond past to make way for an even fonder future. "Are we doing the right thing?" ... "Are we making the right choice" ... "Will this investment pan out?" AND THE BIGGEST BATTLE OF ALL "What if..."

We talked it all out, and after 2 other offers, got the right buyer: the one who wants the home enough to negotiate win-win. It's fresh, and we're not out of the woods but when a buyer WANTS the house and the seller WANTS to sell, we can overcome all the things so lift your coffee mugs and cheers to being on the path to closing ❤️🎉🤘

Right about now, my buyers are getting their stuff in from NY and moving into their forever home in Texas. They made the difficult decision to sell the home that had been in their family for generations and buy closer to their future (IE: grandchildren). This home had 🙌 it all 🙌: safety outlets installed, a playground and pool in the backyard, and a greenbelt right out the back gate for fun exploring when the kids get older! All while being less than 15 minutes from their kids.
These buyers knew exactly what they wanted and when we saw this, it was undeniable this was the one 🤌🤌
Despite a few hiccups on the sale end, we closed in a timely fashion that kept them on track for their goals. I can't wait to see all the plans they have to customize come to life ❤️ ..
We beat multiple offers, overcame challenges, and in the end were all smiles 😃 Who you hire matters!
