Bench Press and Upper Accessories

I got asked why I have not post more of my workouts. It’s because I do the same workout with a few tweaks when it is needed. I’m not one for changing workouts for the sake of changing. I believe that if it’s working, then I stick it with it.

Here’s a video of today’s workout! The only thing that changed is new gym and new equipment.

Depending what machine, set and muscle fatigues will determine my range of motion and how I execute my sets.

Usually when I’m doing heavy work, I tend to focus on keeping the range of motion on the stronger portion of the muscle tissues, so keeping my range of motion particular to those tissues.
