⚡️Lateral Epicondylitis ⚡️
more commonly known as tennis elbow, a overuse injury. Despite its name, only a small percentage of people with this condition relate the cause to tennis - it commonly occurs with activities involving repetitive gripping and rotational movements of the elbow and wrist, such as weightlifting, throwing sports, or occupations such as mechanic or electrician.

The use of electrical intramuscular stimulation with dry needling improves circulation at the site of injury, promotes accelerated tissue healing and reduces inflammation and pain for both acute and chronic injuries. It can help with muscle strains, tendinitis, painful trigger points and spasms. If you have questions about whether dry needling and physical therapy can help you, DM me or schedule a free virtual consultation by clicking 'Book Now' in the link in my bio.

⚡️Upper trap reset⚡️

#1 top requested area to treat. The upper traps are incredibly responsive to dry needling and need only gentle frequency/intensity of electrical stimulation for a trigger point release effect. If you're experiencing chronic neck pain and tightness, book an appointment today! We'll 'reset' the muscles and address the cause to prevent those painful knots from coming back ✔️
