Merry Christmas 🎄 Holidays are hard, complex, and weird. Let’s not pretend.

And, let’s allow ourselves to hold space for the good, some hope, strength, forgiveness, and resilience along side any grief, pain, regret, disappointment, expectations, messiness that this time of year can bring to the surface.

No matter what your family looks like or isn’t what you thought it would be, I hope you know you are part of the human family and belong. You are important and loved.

Wishing you contentment, presence, enough ness, and healing. See the face of God in everyone and in the least expected people and places.
