If I told you that just ONE exercise was all you needed to get to solid,consistent contact, would you believe me? Strengthening your hands is all you need to move to greatness.
The one exercise? Just do one handed lifts of a weighted club - so that your wrist gets exercised. Keep doing this till your hands, wrists and forearms feel rock solid. It took me about 2 weeks of doing this daily (about 120 lifts in the morning and another 50 in the evening).
