I’m so proud of these curves! I used to be so self-conscious about my giggly body when visiting Colombia… Cuzzzz !
No shame in no one’s game though, I truly believe that all bodies are beautiful and sacred, and I am most definitely celebrating this temple.

When people ask me “You look so great/lost so much weight, what’s your diet(I know, major eye roll)?

My answer:

My diet consists of,
-no bullsh*t/draining people in my life
-healing/releasing trauma
-living in a community that supports and celebrated every part of who I am
-Intuitive eating & nature walks
-prioritizing pleasure & rest

My body weight has never been a main indicator of my overall health, but it can be a reflection of how I attend to myself. I am not better because I’m smaller, I look happier because I am. And it has nothing to do with how the worlds sees me and everything to do with how I see me.
