Change can be beneficial. Here are a few modifications I implemented at my Austin office, which required minimal expense and significant personal effort.

This is my favorite color palette in a home. You can decorate for every season and holiday and this foundation works beautifully. The countertops shown here are Marble, but an exceptionally hard marble, making it both beautiful and more durable.

Another beautiful brick home transformation. We started with a new black roof then primed and painted. My client didn’t want white, grey, yellow or taupe, so we carried her interior selection of relaxed Khaki outdoors. Paints change drastically in natural light, so be sure a do samples before deciding. Even subtle differences make big differences when there’s a lot of surface to cover and lots of UV to factor in.
