We represented Dr. Chynna Steele Johnson on the sale of her two-location dermatology practice in metro Atlanta to AQUA Dermatology. She founded Steele Dermatology in 2014 and spent more than a decade building a cosmetic and medical derm practice with real patient loyalty and a strong presence in the market. We brought the practice to market, ran a competitive process, and helped her find the right partner.
