We would like to spotlight a very special workshop we hosted in January. Three employees from City of Austin Government visited two of our in-person workshops at the the Conley-Guerrero Senior Center and the Asian American Resource Center to gather feedback from our senior clients. The team was conducting research on how to improve the City of Austin website to make it more accessible.

The team was very receptive to feedback from our senior clients and also assisted participants in finding local Austin resources. We are incredibly grateful to the technology team, Luisa, Vicky, and Brett, for taking the time to listen to our seniors’ feedback and for their commitment to helping make Austin a place where people of all ages feel supported and heard.

We are also grateful to have played a small part in the new updates coming soon to the City of Austin website!
