A new client bought a house that they wanted to have customized a bit before moving in. Section off the second living room and make it into a bedroom. Remove a back door that was in a bedroom to make it more of a bedroom. Partially wall off the bathroom. Remove the door to that bathroom and have a barn door installed. Accent a wall above the TV area with shiplap and have some backsplash removed and have drywall and texture done (not pictured). It turned out pretty good. They're in the process of painting it.

I had a customer call and tell me he had a bridge out front that was rotting out and needing replacing. I wasn't expecting to see this. Half of the bridge was rotted and swaying. It didn't have much longer before it collapsed. Cedar 4x12's across the base for support. This thing turned out beautiful and solid.

This pergola was installed attached to the house which caused the fascia behind it to rot out. To keep it from falling it had to have a support added to it then it was cut away from the house and the rotted fascia was replaced. This is much more traditional for a pergola and better looking than before. The owner will be staining the new support and the rest of the pergola.
