June was all about making healthier choices, one sip, one step, and one connection at a time.

Throughout June, Healthier Texas and our Health + Healing Hubs participants explored Rethink Your Drink: Making Healthier Beverage Choices, learning how small changes can make a big impact on overall health. From virtual and in-person health education classes to Cardio & Strength workouts and Zumba, community members came together to build healthier habits in supportive, welcoming environments.

Every class, conversation, and connection helps empower individuals and families with the knowledge, tools, and encouragement to take the next step on their wellness journey. We're grateful to our participants, Community Health Educators, host locations, and community partners for making June another month of learning, movement, and meaningful impact across Tarrant County.

This summer we gathered to celebrate the launch of our newest Health + Healing Hubs cohort. Today, we are excited to see the connections, encouragement, and healthy habits already taking root across our cohort groups and host locations throughout Tarrant County. 💙

Over the past month, participants have come together to learn, support one another, and take meaningful steps toward improving their health and well-being. From health education classes and fitness opportunities to conversations that build confidence and community, we have already seen the power of people coming together to pursue healthier lives.

Health journeys are not meant to be walked alone, and we are grateful to every participant, partner, and host site helping create welcoming spaces where community members can learn, grow, and thrive together.
