Everybody, say hello to the Sterling! We’re a little obsessed with this one. You get three bedrooms, a comfy 1,500-plus square feet, and a flex room that can be pretty much anything you dream up. A nursery, a home office, a craft corner, or the playroom that finally keeps all the toys in one spot.

It’s built on Clayton’s eBuilt system too, so it’s easy on energy and easy to love. Come walk through it and start figuring out where your couch would go. We have a feeling you’re going to like this one.

In observance of Juneteenth, the Oak Ranch office will be closed on Friday, June 19th. We will be back to normal business hours on Monday, June 22nd.

Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when the last enslaved people in Texas learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It is a day worth pausing for, especially here in Texas where the story began.
