Zero Carb Caesar Pizza Wrap 🍕🥗🍋
Recipe below ⬇️
What you need for the wrap:
1 cup shredded mozzarella
16 pepperoni slices
Lettuce
Caesar dressing
Parmesan
How to make it:
1. On a parchment lined sheet, layer your pepperoni & mozzarella.
2. Bake @ 400F for 8-12 mins. Take it out, add your Caesar salad.

Pro tip: You can also do this with sliced mozzarella, provolone or even Parmesan 👍

High Protein Blueberry Bagels 🫐🥯😋
What you need:
1/2 cup almond flour (any flour works)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup blueberries
Optional: Egg wash
How to make them:
1. Mix your flour and baking powder.
2. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP: Use a paper towel or cheesecloth to remove the moisture from your cottage cheese.
3. Mix the cottage cheese into your flour & form into a dough. Add your blueberries and roll into a log. Shape into 3-4 bagels and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Brush with egg wash and bake @ 350F for 20-30 mins. Take them out & enjoy!
Pro tip: If your dough is wet & sticky. Just keep adding amount flour & kneading it until it firms up 👍
Also.. One way to get that normal bagel texture while still keeping the carbs low, is to use about 20% regular flour & 80% almond flour. A little bit goes a LONG way 🙌
