Chocolate Bourbon Peanut Butter cake !! Available for Valentine’s Day. This has been one of my top popular flavors amongst clients, and especially popular with the gentlemen. So ladies, if you know a Bourbon 🥃 loving man and not sure what to get him this Valentine’s Day, I got you right here! It’s a fluffy and soft bourbon chocolate cake frosted with a fresh peanut butter frosting. Bourbon, chocolate and peanut butter are 3 flavors that compliment each other so beautifully and it’s absolutely delicious. Don’t miss out!

Meringues!

Meringues are an egg white based cookie. They’re nice and crispy with that first bite and then dissolve in your mouth 🤤
They’re so delicate and light and pure nostalgia for me.

These will definitely be available for Valentine’s Day.

The reason and meaning behind my new business name, my dad ❤️

When I was born he gave me the nickname Meringue because of my light features (like the meringue cookies). To this day he continues to call me Meringue.
My dad Esteban Jr. has always been one of my biggest supporters when it comes to my business, always offering his help, advice, and even his recipes. He always continues to check in and ask how the business was going.
Baking is something we both love to do and I only hope to be half as good as he is! If you’ve tried his desserts then you already know he’s the true goat here, and his desserts for me have set the standards.
It only made sense to name the business after him (us).
So here’s to my dad, the “JR” of Meringue Jr.

Let’s talk empanadillas 😋 These guys are made with a handmade dough, made fresh for every batch, and they’re fried in beef tallow! My kids favorite is Pizza 🍕 which is the first filling, then we have chicken and cheese, and beef and cheese. Which one are you going for first?
