The Strivector India team trip to Hampi.
Our HR Leader Brajesh Khare, his team members Pavani Chowdary Talasila, Fayyaz Munshi, and Director Ravi Aluru, organized a great trip to Hampi, Karnataka.
Day 1. Excitement is at its highest when starting early in the
morning with the intent to reach the Heritage resort at Hampi on time for lunch. Hold it! The rocky landscapes and lush vegetation came to life with the magnificent Tungabhadra River. This sight cast a spell on each of us. It was just the beginning… One thing’s for sure, once you come around, the experience at the Heritage resort will be embedded deep into your heart. The ‘Pushkarni’ mimics the concept of a pilgrim’s bath to recreate the poolside. Kishkinda Restaurant had a lavish spread of organic produce in the form of mouth-watering delicacies on our plates. The premium accommodation that
combined the luxury of a comfortable retreat was a restful evening in the resort’s lush setting and fresh air.
Day 2. The four-hour circling of the Group of Monuments at
Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Hampi town, Vijayanagara district, east-central Karnataka, India, took us on a journey of self-exploration and discovery. Hampi was the capital of the Vijayanagara Empire in the 14th century. It is a fortified city. Located 6 km from the resort, on the southern banks of the Tungabhadra River, you’ll find the glorious Vittala Temple. Built during the reign of King Devaraya, its history can be traced back to the 16th century. This temple is an exemplary icon of human craftsmanship, an epitome of architecture from the Vijayanagara Empire.
Day 3. Located on the banks of the backwaters of the Tungabhadra Dam, Ankasamudra village’s tank has been attracting many birds for
nesting – hundreds of Painted Storks, Grey Herons, Night Herons, Pond Herons, Comb Ducks, egrets, grebes, cormorants, and many more birds have been breeding in a small lake of 244 acres, which has thousands of trees. Yes, you read it right – the lake has thousands of fully grown trees of Acacia nilotica, locally known as Karijali, which is a tree preferred by most birds to roost and built nests on.

Strivector is pleased to onboard HR Leader Brajesh Khare. An Air Force Officer turned HR professional with 15 years of diverse experience in the IT/Consulting/Telecom Sector.
An XLRI Gold Medalist in the recently concluded EDHRM21-22 program for Senior HR Professionals, Brajesh started his career with Air Force as an HR Leader for 11 years and then transitioned into Corporate after doing GMP from IIM, Bangalore(2007) to join as Senior HRBP at Satyam Computers(Tech Mahindra) followed by Tech Consulting Firm(iRunway Inc) where, as HR Head he was instrumental in growing the Start-Up by setting up the Delivery Centers in the USA (Austin and Santa Clara ) by attracting and managing the best of the talent from Stanford, UT Austin and IITs for Bangalore Delivery Centre for continuously 4 years.
Brajesh has also earned certification in People Analytics and Digital HR from IIM Indore (2020) in an endeavor to learn Science and Data in the art of People Management. He has consistently proved himself as an HR leader with a result-oriented approach while dealing with people with dignity and respect. He believes his true calling lies in making an organization a world-class place to work with strong values and a culture of meritocracy.
