Funny Fridays: As seen on one of my inspections on a house I'm selling for a client. Evidently, the plumber who replaced the water heater a couple years ago cut into the air conditioning supply duct so that he would be comfortable while doing his replacement job in that same garage mechanical closet. My inspector says he sees this regularly.
