KW Cares

The generosity of offices and individual agents makes everything we do possible. And when Market Centers give, KW Cares can show up for associates in need. Gifts made through Command are a powerful reminder of just how grassroots and community-driven our mission truly is. đź’Ş
The Q2 results are in, and we're proud to spotlight the Top 10 Market Centers for gifts made through Command. These offices are leading the way in Transacting with Impact.
There’s more than just recognition on the line—any Market Center that finishes the year with 75% of its closed transactions donating to KW Cares will score a coveted spot at our Donor Appreciation Luncheon at Family Reunion 2027.
No one expects to be the one who needs help.
Tina faithfully gave to KW Cares for years, believing in the mission. Then, after a breast cancer diagnosis, she found herself facing overwhelming medical bills and became one of the associates our community was able to support.
As she shares in this video, the grant wasn't just financial assistance—it was a reminder that she wasn't alone.
That's the heart of KW Cares.
Every month, associates like Tina experience unexpected hardships, and every month, the generosity of our KW family helps them focus on healing instead of carrying the burden alone.

It's Transact With Impact week and we want to introduce you to Joe Scaturro. Joe is not only the 2026 Kathy Neu Philanthropic Award winner, he also is one of the most impactful transactional donors at Keller Williams.
When we asked Joe why he gives to KW Cares, this is what he said:
"I’ve always just wanted to be helpful—to make things a little easier for someone else. Throughout my life, strangers have shown me kindness, offered words of encouragement, or inspired me in small ways before disappearing—people I believe God placed in my path.
I am no saint, and things could have gone very differently in my life, but by the grace of God, I have the life I have today. I keep that at the forefront of my mind and remember that I’m on borrowed time. I was taught that gratitude is an action, and I need to act and help any way I can, whether it's money or my time, because both are gifts I could easily not have had.
When I was at my worst, people would ask my mother, 'Vita, is that your son?' with shock and concern in their voices, and she’d have to pause and say, 'yes.' Today, when she’s asked, she says 'yes' with no hesitation, filled with joy in her heart and a smile on her face.
So after all that, how can I not give away what has so freely been given to me?"
If Joe’s words have inspired you, sign up to give in Command for Transact with Impact week! It takes less than 30 seconds and makes a lasting impact on the life of a fellow associate. Learn more here: https://www.kwcares.org/transactional-giving/
