We interviewed Jose Silva, who oversees multiple citrus farms in Edinburg, Texas. 🍊 Edinburg Citrus Association (a non-profit co-op established in 1932), is currently facing severe, ongoing challenges, including extreme drought, critical water shortages from the Rio Grande, and threats from citrus diseases.
