During his time at Texas NeuroRehab Center, Javier Cordova made remarkable progress. When he arrived, he required full assistance with mobility, was unable to stand, had limited verbal communication, and was on a modified diet.

In just one month, Javier’s determination—and the dedication of his care team—led to transformational change. He transitioned to a regular diet, began speaking and smiling again, regained his ability to stand, and grew stronger each day.

We’re grateful to share that Javier has now safely returned home, where he will continue his recovery through outpatient therapy. His journey is a reminder of resilience, hope and the impact of coordinated, compassionate care.
