Hiring for ENTRY-LEVEL Customer Service/Security Specialist positions with opportunities for rapid advancement into management

Responsibilities:

- Provide information about the products and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Liaison between the customer and technicians
- Organizing appointment times with customers
- Be available from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
