Whether you’re losing weight to feel “accepted”.

Making money to prove that you’re “smart”.

Or you think getting in shape will make other people “love” you more.

I want you to take a pulse check on what you’re doing and WHY you’re doing it.

Are you chasing an applause or doing it for others approval, acknowledgment, love etc ?

Whatever your reasoning - it’s all connected to a “feeling” we all desire.

Write that feeling down.

By reaching X goal, i’ll feel X.

Now, close your eyes. Put your hand on your 🌱heart. And I want you to think of the “feeling”.

Let’s say it’s - love.

With eyes closed, I want you to think about what it feels like to feel loved. I want you to think of your most LOVED moment ever, that you received.

Mmmmm! That feels warm and fuzzy 🥰

You can give this to yourself, every single day. Every step of the way. Along your journey to whatever goal you’re after.

Goals are amazing but it’s important to hit this check with yourself every now and then. Goals are way easier and successful when we approach it from an internal motivation/feeling.

You can love yourself every day along the way, instead of “i’ll love myself when I reach X goal”.
