This not only adds value to our clients, but often leads to additional benefits such as more leasable space, improved parking, and overall increased functionality of the site. The modern design of Victory Plaza, elevated on piers to remove it from the floodplain, is a testament to our commitment to delivering timeless spaces with innovative solutions. In this instance our design concept, “dynamic framework”, is based on using shifted, rectangular volumes that give an illusion of the building being suspended in the air.
