I am very sad to share the news of Ira Sandler's passing. Following the 1989 Earthquake in SF, Ira reached out to us (thanks Kerry Jaggers) to provide sound and lighting for his "new" club, 1015 Folsom. Over the years, Ira and I became friends and worked together on everything AV in the club. Creative, loyal and considerate are just a few words that come to mind when I think of him and I will miss him as both a friend and a 100% invested club operator. Thanks for 36 very entertaining years and I look forward to continue working with the club and Ira's family.
