The rumors are true, the Austin housing market is showing signs of life.
Here’s what I’m seeing on the ground:
Pending sales are up. Inventory is down.
And yes, multiple offers are back (in some neighborhoods).
If you’re a buyer:
The good houses are moving faster again. You don’t have to panic, but you do have to be ready. Deals still exist, especially if you’re open to a fixer or flexible on location.
If you’re a seller:
Homes aren’t sitting like they did last year.
