let's get you ready for the weekend by opening up your hips with this Sumo Stance Squat! In this Squat, we are focusing on keeping the muscles under tension with slow tempo movements. We also are using the SteelBell to help us maintain a more upright position to further increase mobility in the hips. Focus on the quality of the movement as you can gain more benefit from taking your time!
Reaction drills are great whether you are an athlete who wants to react quicker than your opponent or you are looking to improve balance and agility to reduce injuries or fall risk.
