Guys! I am telling you this story while I’m pumping the rocks out of my chest. Yes, I know. TMI, girllll 🤦🏼♀️
But listen!
I used to be an oversupply queen with my other two kiddos. But between me not pumping for 6wks and my new babe having some troubles in the beginning - the stress was real. It tanked my supply. Beer, Gatorade, Power Pumping, Oats, all of it was only a quick fix and then it would drop even lower.
I was super interested in the Vitality Drops, I ordered 4 and did a super fast shipping on it because I was running out of options (and milk!).
I changed the pump I was using and was instantly given an extra 2-3oz a day. But the drops 😯
OK, here’s my timeline with Vitality Drops. Stella typically takes 24oz a day - as of last week, I was only producing 16-18oz a day.
Monday: I used once. 19oz
Tuesday: I used once. 19.5oz
Wednesday: I used twice. 22.5oz
Thursday: I used three times. 26.5oz
Friday: I used three times: 28.0oz
This morning. This morning was the first time that I woke up like this since my milk came in 3.5 months ago.
So far, I’m at 14oz. Yes, just one pumping session!
Mamas who need extra support during pumping, TRY THE VITALITY DROPS!!!!!!!!!!!

Parents, this post will resonate with you.
To give you some backstory on Nate and I’s journey into parenthood, I’ll make this quick—We had both kids at home, I have breastfed each of them on demand until 3-4 years old, and we coslept with each of them till 3, they’ve never been to a daycare, and our “attachment parenting” style has served our children well, I wouldn’t change it, however..... there are some downsides and we’re gonna talk about that.
While Nate and I have been 100% dedicated to our kids, we have suffered silently. I hate to sound dramatic here, because it hasn’t been dramatic ways in which we’ve suffered. We’ve suffered in slow ways, little things that build up with time, until all of the sudden you look at your partner and you realize that you’re co-parents in a household that is centered around parenting. Hear me out here, because this problem isn’t exclusive to attachment parenting, it’s parenthood in general, but all I know is our “style” of parenting so— I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that ALL parents have felt this way.
Rewind to 6-Months ago when my downward spiral of deep despair started and I can pinpoint it, I had just weaned Andersen, the kids were becoming more independent, and the needs started changing, but I don’t think my body got the memo. I was still in “on-demand” mom mode physically because of the nursing relationship that I had with each kid, that when it ended, I hit rock bottom. You see, I have never stopped nursing, like, for the last 6 years, I have nursed babies. My body chemistry, my brain chemistry, all of it took a major hit. You Mamas have or will go through something like this and let me tell you, there’s hope, and you will be ok, but you have to listen to your body!
I want to share with you how different and better I feel now, because it’s a HOLY S**T difference and here are some of the changes I feel:
😏 My libido is back with a vengeance— I’m talking prekid, I slept all night, and want to party in the morning, every morning kind of way. Nate is having to keep up because this Mama is feeling Fris-Kay (don’t worry my Mom can’t see this 👊🏼)
😀 My happiness level begins at a 10 EVERY morning, I wake-up excited to be alive, and I’m not freaking kidding this wasn’t the case 6 months ago.
🏠 My House is so freaking clean—hear me out, if you’ve ever dealt with an unbalanced psychological state than you’ll understand what I mean.
😍 I have a new love for my kids. I feel like I’m a better mom now that I have myself in order, it’s like my love and attention was so diluted down because of the clouded mind that I couldn’t give them what they deserve.
Ok...ok...I could go on and on because you probably have some check marks going on in your head right now and hear me out Mama, Daddy, PARENTS...I get you, I feel you, you can take control but it starts with getting your mind balanced.
So here’s what I’m currently taking/doing that’s made all of the difference.....Now, if you want me to talk nerdy to you about each of theses things, I’m happy to do so, just ask, but I’m just gonna list them out and you can do some research on your own or message me;
