A custom wedding set from a while back with champagne diamonds in Fairmined yellow gold. (I really am trying to get caught up here with all of the work I do and never post!) One was inspired by the Great Barrier Band, but we wanted to go wider with a more cigar band look, and the second is an imperfect smooth texture with small clusters of champagne diamonds. I love that both rings nod to each other but still express the individual style of each of the wearers.

I’ve made a few custom creations in the style of the Shoal collection, my very first find jewelry collection launched over 10 years ago in 2015. This collection is still one of my strongest and in my opinion, most unique. The process is organic and I can’t fully predict how the pieces turn out which makes it particularly challenging for custom. I’ve added on to the collection here and there but it’s feeling like I might need to really dive in and create a new mini collection to add in given its resurgence in popularity recently.

Allie & Lauren eloped this fall in Oregon and it looked like a truly magical day! I’m honored to have played a small part in creating these rings for them and helping them symbolize their love and commitment to each other ❤️

I am finishing this collection as you read this and am thrilled to have it on display for this exhibition. It’s a bit of a departure with larger cast silver pieces and a smooth molten finish. Oh and cabochons! Did I pique your interest? Come and see it first!

Sometimes SH*T happens…

Created this one of a kind ring with some beautiful 1/2 moon salt and pepper diamonds because I wanted to, not for a commission. I decided to get it cast in 14k palladium white gold in NYC instead of my Fairmined yellow gold here in Austin because I need an example in my studio collection of palladium white gold, and also I thought it would be a great compliment to the color of the diamonds. I dont have a resource for Fairmined palladium white gold and I’m not looking to learn how to alloy my own metals at this time (who knows in the future!). Long story short, yesterday I learned that the wax didn’t burn away in investment and the casting failed. Luckily I am not on a deadline so I can roll with it. Guess I just have to start over!

I love an eclectic stack, ring not “meant” to go together but rings chosen to go together.
