Logic Trace has a new feature with free hand trace. Place a part or pattern on the tracing board, trace with the pen stylus then choose if you want the smoothing algorithm. In a very short time go from part or pattern to a saved vector file in DXF, SVG, or PDF format.

Sometimes you need a DXF file quickly for a job. I take this irregular piece and use free hand trace in Logic Trace System to quickly create the needed DXF file. Place the part on the tracing device, trace with the pen stylus, save the file in DXF, SVG, or PDF format, and load into CNC or CAD software.
