School 📓is back in & study📖 is in full force-so what better👍🏽 way to get a workout in while studying! 🏃🏽📰I love doing easy runs on the treadmill👟 & reading/studying📝 off my tablet.📱 It's a way to really focus👀 in on your school💻 work & a great way to get moving. 💪🏽I have the hardest time sitting still & 🙈staring into a book-this way I'm moving🏃🏽 & grasping more of the concept being taught. ✔️✅💯This is great for leisure reading, work, school, whatever you make it! 💜So next time your in a crunch of getting in a workout😳📝💪🏽 & having the study-try multitasking & doing both!🏃🏽📚💞
