Smoking chicken waangs!

Japanese Curry Slaw:
*you can use any curry powder preferred for this slaw or simply use fresh lime juice with salt and pepper
1/2 head of cabbage
big pinch of chopped cilantro
1T chopped green onion
1/4 C shredded carrots
1/4t curry powder(if desired)
1 whole lime juiced

If going the lime juice route:
1 whole lime juiced
Salt and Pepper- 1/2 T each or to your liking

Adobo Crema Corn:
*After a long day of work, frozen corn is KEY!!
-2 C frozen corn- Defrost in a pot with a little salt and a touch of water over medium heat until tender

-On low heat add 1/2 fresh lime juice (squeeze so hard the pulp comes out!) 1/2 C crema Mexicana- No crema? Use sour cream, cream cheese(1/4C) or unflavored yogurt(yes, yogurt. Not only good for granola)
-Add 2T adobo(puree inside of canned chipotles) - No adobo? Use 1/2t of sweet smoked paprika!
- Finish with 1T chopped green onions and stir ALL-TOGETHER and eat happily with a smile on your face.
