Excited to finally put all this knowledge to work and help patients meet their health and wellness goals! So surreal, this last few weeks and months has been, and I couldn’t have done any of it without the support and love of my family and friends! So grateful to all of you!! 🙏☺️

I’m subbing the Connect Yoga class tonight, Wednesday 1/29, from 5:30-6:15 PM.

We’ll move through poses that help you feel grounded, connected to the earth, and rooted in your being. Focusing on the principles of counterbalance forces and learning how to root in our poses so we may rise into our strength and flexibility. 🌱💪
