Inner Healing
06/19/2026
Over the years, I've had thousands of conversations across the veil.
I've spoken with mothers, fathers, grandparents, spouses, children, and friends who have crossed over.
And if there's one thing I've learned, it's this:
The people who love us most rarely focus on our accomplishments.
They don't talk about our titles.
They don't talk about our bank accounts.
They don't talk about the mistakes we've made.
Instead, they often show me the moments that changed us.
The heartbreak.
The disappointment.
The betrayal.
The loss.
The challenges we never thought we would survive.
Why?
Because from the soul's perspective, our pain is not punishment.
It's part of the journey.
That doesn't mean we have to like it.
It doesn't mean we would have chosen it.
And it certainly doesn't mean it was fair.
But again and again, I've watched loved ones in spirit help people see that some of their deepest wounds became the very things that opened their hearts, strengthened their faith, deepened their compassion, and revealed who they truly are.
One of the messages my guides have shared with me recently is this:
"Don't judge a chapter by the pain it contains. Judge it by what it awakens."
That message stopped me in my tracks.
How many times have I looked at a difficult experience and only seen the hurt?
How many times have I missed the growth, the wisdom, the courage, or the redirection it brought into my life?
Sometimes the soul doesn't grow despite the struggle.
Sometimes it grows because of it.
So today I invite you to consider:
💙 What lesson, gift, or strength emerged from a challenge you once thought would break you?
I'd love to hear what insights have come through your own conversations with Spirit.
