Burnout...we all have felt it one way or another. There are many ways to avoid it (or to beat it). Here are three ways that may work for you:
1. Rest- Exhaustion compromises your physical, mental and emotional being. Getting rest is crucial to resetting and getting back into gear.
2. Organization- Whether it be in your workspace or your life. Clutter in your mind or your physical space can cause chaos. So create task lists and check them off and start feel free and accomplished,
3. Prioritization- This could be from your work to the people in your life. Learn how to prioritize your time and spend it wisely. Wasting time on meaningly tasks will only create massive stress. When crunch time arises for the tasks you do need to harness then that time for will smash you into burnout mode.
