“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
Anais Nin

I can’t stand it any longer. It’s been too long. I’m going to have to make that movie.

I’ve been working on trying to publish some stories I want to make into an anthology horror film, but I forgot I already have a horror movie written.

It’s been in my head and in my computer for decades. Originally I tried to shoot it as a student film, but the actor bailed twice so I cut it as a trailer.

Then I shot it as my thesis film 23 minutes long.

I’ve workshopped the hell out of it and I’m done with that.

I suppose watching low budget horror movies, and reconnecting last night with my friend who helped me make my student film and just really that Anais Nin quote.

"He let go of the bag, stood, and felt his pants pulling as if the whole seat was made of gum. He reached for the pole to pull himself up, but stopped his hand in mid-air. He wasn't touching another damn thing on this bus if he could help it. He looked down at the seat. Small pieces of his jeans had melted onto the seat and were becoming unfocused, becoming one with the bus."
