We've all talked ourselves into the cheaper option, only to end up paying for it twice anyway.

I see it all the time. In one project it might be a rug that was a size too small, in another, it’s the sofa that doesn't fit the scale of the room, or even a countertop that can't stand up to a hot pan (with a baker who admits to never reaching for a hot pad).

This is what I mean when I say quality design saves money. So much of my job is helping people buy the right thing once, so their pieces work together and fit how they actually live.
