The 2nd quarter of 2025 showed continued improvement in the Texas farm and ranch market, with all segments seeing increased activity.

Central Texas continues to follow similar trends;
• Inventory remains relatively high, with many sellers in no rush to sell.
• Deals are still getting done, but negotiations are leveling the playing field.
• Economic optimism holds steady as the market settles into a healthy “normal.”

Central Texas has always been, and will remain, a desirable place to own real estate.
