Our girl .marinicia has been working really hard this past year, focusing on her health, wellness, and career and let us tell you…it has not gone unnoticed!

Mari hit her KPI’s and was promoted to educator several months back and then made it a goal to earn a management position on our education team.

This is not easy to do. Our management team observes leadership skills that involve mentoring, client interactions, education, ideas, problem solving, positivity, and leading through actions. In addition to that additional KPI’s must be reached and maintained.

She has really taken the lead and has sharpened her skills as a problem solver and communicator. Coming up with ideas to improve our program and providing support to everyone in it. We are so very proud of you MARI! This promotion was earned and well deserved and there is no better feeling than being part of something bigger than ourselves.

by.dacia has joined as our newest educator! She is just what the program needs. Dacia is a graduate of the education program herself. She has lived it and really understands that when you listen and apply the advice you receive and have a positive mindset, it can take your career places you never knew it would go.

It’s not just about taking in what lessons we bring to you in your program, but continuing to educate yourself on business, marketing, technique, and mindset throughout your career.

Dacia has some of the highest numbers in all three of our locations. She is living proof, the formula works. It starts with consultation and she has one is the best we have ever seen. We can not wait for others to hear what she has to share. What a gift 💝

Michael has climbed his way up the ranks, hitting all his KPI’s, and embodying teamwork, a good attitude, and prioritizing learning and that has earned him a seat on our education team 👏

If you have ever had the pleasure of sitting in Michaels chair at our Cedar Park location, you know how lucky you are. Not only can he high kick but he can highlight hair like boss too!

We’ve seen Spencer grow into an incredible stylist over the last 5 years. His clients are obsessed with him and his dog Apollo and we are too 😆

From cut, color, extensions, and styling he’s got it down. House calls, traveling doing hair, in salon, he does it all and he loves every minute of it!
