Sometimes the most meaningful moments of connection happen outside the therapy room — in the quiet spaces of everyday life.
Our Park Adventure Challenge is a playful guide designed to help families explore local parks while building connection, curiosity, and shared experiences together. 🌿
Inside the guide you'll find:
• 17 Austin parks to explore
• scavenger hunts + park bingo
• creative nature activities
• journaling and reflection prompts

✨ Meet Annabelle
Annabelle brings warmth, curiosity, and playful creativity into the playroom. She creates a space where children can slow down, feel safe, and explore their inner world through imagination, storytelling, games, and creative expression.
In play therapy, children communicate in the language that comes most naturally to them — play. Annabelle follows each child’s lead while gently supporting emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience along the way.
Families often seek Annabelle’s support when their child is navigating big emotions, school stress, transitions, or challenges with confidence and connection.
At Ensemble Therapy, we believe healing happens through relationships, safety, and play — and Annabelle embodies this beautifully in her work with children and families.
Curious if Annabelle might be the right fit for your child?
Our intake team would love to help guide you through the matching process.

There’s something powerful that happens when a child feels truly safe to be themselves.
Shawna creates a calm, steady space where children can explore big feelings through play, creativity, and connection — at their own pace and in their own way. Through attuned presence and gentle curiosity, she helps children feel understood while supporting growth in confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Families often reach out to Shawna for support with anxiety, life transitions, and helping sensitive or slow-to-warm children feel more secure and connected.
If you’re wondering whether Shawna might be the right fit for your child, our intake team is here to help. 💛

Sometimes families come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of big emotions, power struggles, or daily overwhelm. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) offers a different path — one that strengthens connection while building real-life skills that work at home.
In PCIT, parents receive live coaching and practical tools to respond with clarity, confidence, and consistency. As connection deepens, many families notice calmer behavior, increased cooperation, and a stronger sense of safety and trust.
✨ We offer PCIT for toddlers through early childhood and beyond!
PCIT-Toddlers supports children as young as 12–24 months, helping caregivers build secure attachment, support early emotional regulation, and navigate challenging behaviors before patterns become entrenched. Few practices in our community offer this specialized training, and we’re honored to provide in-person services for families during these foundational years.
You are not expected to figure it all out alone. With support, practice, and compassionate guidance, meaningful change is possible.
If you’re wondering whether PCIT might be a good fit for your family, our intake team is here to help. 💛
