Karuna Sessions ATX

This coming Friday night we're going to experiment with getting physically close to other humans. Contrary to popular belief, touching and being touched is not required. You're welcome to come and observe and have an opportunity to think deeply about how, when and why you want to be touched.

Friday night, four brave souls embarked on a journey to find out what they did and didn't like when it comes to being touched. It was wonderful to see people relax into their bodies, smiling and giggling. As always the word I use most to describe people after receiving nurturing human touch is "relieved."
