Check out this renovation and addition we completed. This 1931 French Cottage still holds its character while modern luxuries adorn it now.

We removed the entire rights side of the original house, and gutted the left side down to the studs. We added quite a bit of square footage including the carport, rear upper and lower decks, and a screened in porch.

We recently completed two spec houses in the Lake Travis School District. Both sold quickly.
